BEYOND MATTER branding concept

Beyond Matter is an international, interdisciplinary project on the revival of past landmark exhibitions, the documentation of current exhibitions and the dissemination of documentation along with actual artworks – both materially and immaterially present – in innovative ways.

We made an interactive visual system that reflects the project's intention to re-create physical exhibitions in virtual spaces. Instead of having experiences through the physical presence at exhibitions, reading printed catalogs and viewing photo documentation, the project gives you the opportunity to take it all to a new level. The whole identity is based on the play of lines that create a connection between spaces and dimensions.

With two other graphic design studios we were invited to a pitch to design the brand identity of this project, organized by ZKM Karlsruhe. We did not win the opportunity to work with them.
